Motorola has launched its latest mid-range 5G smartphone, the Moto G54 5G, in India on September 6th. The telephone is fueled by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset, which is the first of its sort to launch in the country. The Dimensity 7020 is a 6nm octa-core processor that supports up to 12GB of RAM, 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and 14 5G bands. It also features MediaTek’s HyperEngine 5.0 Lite gaming technologies, which streamline performance, power efficiency, and organization connectivity for a smooth gaming experience.

The Moto G54 5G sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The display is enhanced by MediaTek’s MiraVision Smart Contrast and Local Tone Mapping motor, which improves the color and contrast of streaming videos continuously. The telephone also comes with stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound for immersive sound.

On the back, the Moto G54 5G has a double camera setup consisting of a 50MP essential camera with OIS and a 8MP super wide point lens that also doubles as a macro and profundity camera. The telephone uses equipment accelerated noise reduction technologies to capture clear and accurate photos and videos in low-light conditions. The forward looking camera is a 16MP sensor for selfies and video calls.

The Moto G54 5G packs a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The telephone runs on Android 13 out of the container and promises an Android 14 update and three years of security updates. It also has a side-mounted finger impression sensor, a 3.5mm earphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and an IP52 rating for water and dust resistance.

The Moto G54 5G is priced at Rs. 15,999 for the base variation with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and Rs. 18,999 for the higher variation with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The telephone is accessible in three color options: Midnight Blue, Pearl Blue, and Mint Green. It will go on sale from September 13th on Flipkart, Motorola’s online store, and driving retail outlets.

The Moto G54 5G is perhaps of the most impressive telephone in its segment, thanks to the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC.
